1.SHIPPING DETAILS
Once the order is placed, usually the product is shipped within 2 business days. Delivery takes 5~7 business days to complete. Also keep in mind that delivery delays may occur due to custom clearances of destination country. Our website won’t be able to schedule a delivery time or day, these are determined by the delivery company and vary by country.
2.SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges vary according to destination and package weight, and are calculated automatically at checkout. (Check below the shipping charges table)
3.SHIPPING METHOD
JAPANGADGETSHOP makes use of the following delivery methods to ship your order.
EMS - Express Mail Service from Japan Post. Preferential shipping method for most of the products. By shipping with EMS, a free insurance and tracking system is provided. Once the product is shipped we will send you a notification with the proper tracking number for the product.
TNT - Cargo Express. Preferential method for orders with a large number of products. Usually delivery takes 2~5 business days to complete. You will receive a shipping notification from JAPANGADGETSHOP aside a direct email from TNT informing the tracking number of your order.
Air Mail – Not preferential shipping method. Products are shipped with normal Air Mail only for countries where EMS - Express Mail Service from Japan Post - doesn’t provide a network. Shipping with Air Mail rely on conditions as product weight and size, so our website won’t be able to ship certain products that don’t fit Air Mail conditions. Delivery takes 10~15 business days to complete. Unfortunately the service doesn’t provide a free insurance and proper tracking number, the customer will be the sole responsible for any damage or loss of the product during delivery.
4.CUSTOMS CLEARANCE AND TAX
In some countries you will be able to receive the order without further customs tax charges. But some countries charge the product for import duties, so we kindly ask you to verify the customs conditions of your country before purchasing at JAPANGADGETSHOP. The tax charges are payable to the delivery company, or customs office upon delivery. Keep in mind that the total cost of the order is: product price + shipping charge + duty/taxes in destination country, when applicable. JAPANGADGETSHOP is not responsible for any duties or taxes charged by the Custom of the product destination country.
