1.PRODUCTS: Most of the products sold are intended for the Japanese market and may not conform the standards in the country of delivery. Unless otherwise specified, all instruction manuals that accompany the products and packaging, including any displays on the products, are in Japanese. Also, unless otherwise specified, all electronics comply with the Japanese electrical standard of 100V. All descriptions and specifications regarding the product are directly taken from manufactures materials. Product features may change without prior notice.
2.AVAILABILITY: Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice.
3.ORDER CONFIRMATION: Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify the confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If the payment has already been proceed, then the amount will be refunded.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION: Usually the product is shipped within 1~2 business days after an order is placed, in case the cancellation is required by the Customer, cancellation will only be accept once the shipping is not completed.
5.WARRANTY: All products are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty of 12 months. Do not discard the warranty inside the package, the warranty will be necessary upon returning the product for repairing.
6.RETURN OF DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
● The shop decline to accept the return of products for personal reasons.
● In case of a defective product, please notify us by e-mail: email@example.com. The product must be returned in original conditions with its original box, manuals and manufacturer’s original warranty. If the Customer wishes to return the product because the product is defective or damaged, or has any problems which are attributable to JAPANGADGETSHOP, we will take charge of the return shipping costs and when the case is applicable, refunding the total amount of the product. In case a new product is sent to replace the defective one, JAPANGADGETSHOP won’t be able to cover custom taxes if it’s applicable on the destination country.
● Please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org for cases of products in need to be returned by warranty repair. Once the product arrives, it will be quickly sent to manufacture’s center for the proper repair. Any extra-charge for the repair will be covered by the Customer. If any extra-charge is applicable we will contact the customer first to inform and receive the positive or negative response to proceed with repairing. The returning shipment fee for the destination country will be covered by JAPANGADGETSHOP, but custom duties should be on the customer’s expenses when the case is applicable. Upon shipping the product for repair, do not forget to write RETURN FOR WARRANTY REPAIR and MADE IN JAPAN on the package.
● Our shop decline to accept any product damaged by the customer, in this cases the product also won’t be covered by warranty repair.
7.REFUND: If the customer is entitled to a refund, the payment shall be made to the client by the shop’s payment provider or by Pay Pal, in accordance with their respective terms and conditions.
